Juliet Schubart was born in the UK in 1936. She studied philosophy, politics and economics at the University of Oxford and worked as a journalist before taking up painting seriously after her large young family allowed her the time to do so. She has had three solo exhibitions in London, and many group exhibitions. Her work is in private collections in the UK, US and Europe. She lives and works in London.
