Occupied Space 2008

Rafat Asad was born in Nablus ,1974. He graduated in 1998 from An Najah University, Nablus, with a BA in Fine Arts. He has participated in group exhibitions in Palestine, Europe, Japan, the US and the Arab world. In 2006, he was selected for a residency at Gasworks International Residency Programme in London. He is a founder member of a new artist-run gallery space in Ramallah: Al Mahattah. Lives and works in Ramallah.
